About Me

Most businesses start with a business plan.
Mine started with a nudge, a voice note, and a highly emotional encounter with an olive tree…

I’ve always been creative, but for a long time, I didn’t claim it.
I dipped in and out of projects, tried businesses that didn’t quite land, launched things I wasn’t in love with, and spent more time in Canva than I’m emotionally prepared to admit… and then... something shifted.

Somewhere in the middle of raising two incredible little boys, chasing a very large Bernese Mountain Dog, and blasting worship songs while I worked, things started to align.

Rooted wasn’t just a clever brand name. It was a word that dropped into my life and wrapped itself around everything I wanted to build.
It spoke to growing slow. Going deep. Creating something that could thrive in hard places and still come out beautiful.

Faith is a huge part of how I live and work, woven quietly into the background like the music that’s always playing in my studio. I don’t always speak it, but I hope you notice it—in the way I listen, design, and show up fully for the people I work with..

Rooted is the overflow. Of creativity, calling, and finally doing work that feels like home.

Also... I really love fonts. And naming things. And client voice notes that start with “OK hear me out…”

What It’s Like to Work With Me

Working with me is kind of like hiring a creative bestie who temporarily joins your team, with strong opinions about colour palettes and an emotional attachment to your brand by week two.

I’ll ask questions. A lot of them. Because your story matters.
And the more I understand it, the better I can shape a brand or website that feels like you on your best day.

I won’t just design and disappear, I’m in it with you. The process is collaborative, honest, occasionally chaotic (in a good way), and definitely full of OMG this is it” moments.

If you’ve got the vision, I’ll bring the design, direction, and probably a cheeky voice note to go with it.
